You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to grant this licence for any content you submit.
The Service may contain links to third party websites and services that are not operated by The Screeniverse. These Terms do not apply to third party websites, and The Screeniverse is not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, or practices.
Your use of third party websites is governed by their own terms and policies. The Screeniverse does not endorse any third party website or service and assumes no responsibility for their operation or content.

The Screentiverse reserves the right to refuse or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. The Screentiverse may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, in our sole discretion.

Pricing for the Service is displayed on our website. All prices are in British pounds (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
Billing occurs monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees and charges incurred.
We accept payment via bank transfer, card payment, Direct Debit, and invoice. All payment information is processed securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Refunds are not provided for partial months of service or for cancellations. If you cancel during a billing period, you remain responsible for charges through the end of that period.
If a service failure occurs due to our fault, we may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend your account. Late payment may result in additional charges as permitted by law.
You may cancel your agreement at any time, subject to the terms of your contract. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for services already provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or the Service.
You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, group action, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in any class action or group action against The Screeniverse.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Screeniverse regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
The failure of The Screeniverse to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of The Screeniverse.
